RETURNS
1. Change of Mind Returns
Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns of our nutritional products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure the product is right for you based on advice from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.
2. Other Returns
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Cellular Plus Pty Ltd will accept returns and provide an exchange, repair, or refund if:
• The product is damaged, or
• The product is faulty, and
• You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Cellular Plus Pty Ltd may return the product to the manufacturer to determine the issue. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund, or repair if the fault is due to misuse or neglect by you. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, entitling you to a replacement or refund for major product failures.
3. Problems with Delivery or Shipping
If your items arrive damaged, contact us at health@cellularplushealth.com to assess the damage and find a solution. You may need to provide a photo of the damaged item(s) and/or delivery package to expedite resolution.
For returns under Australian Consumer Law, contact us at health@cellularplushealth.com to arrange for the items to be sent back to our warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair, or refund. We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.
4. Changes to This Returns Policy
Subject to Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
