For Australian customers, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Otherwise, there's an Australia Post calculated shipping cost based on your destination. If you want your order ASAP, we offer an Express Post shipping option.

For New Zealand customers, we also offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Otherwise, there’s a $20 flat rate shipping cost for orders less than $100.

For all International customers, we have a flat shipping rate of $40 AUD.

From our Australian store we, ship to New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Indonesia, Japan, Macao and Malaysia.
All customers are responsible for any import customs, duty or taxes.
We always do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. But sometimes shipping delays occur for reasons out of our control (busy holiday periods and extreme weather conditions). 1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

2. OTHER RETURNS
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Cellular+ will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:

The product is damaged, or
The product is faulty, and
You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Cellular+ may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.

Cellular+ reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect by you.

Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.
