I was skeptical about ‘ugh another gut supplement’ but it sounded different and so I got sucked in.. I’m only 15serves in, have missed a few days here and there, but I have noticed a big difference without doing anything different! Bloating/inflammation being the most noticeable affect. I’m not a vanilla fan but it’s not over powering and I mix in my cacao collagen protein also. I will continue to take this.

I like this drink, but annoyingly, it doesn't dissolve well, you're left with a fair bit of lumpy sludge in the bottom of the glass, no matter how much you stir.

I am obsessed with the gut overhaul and after 2 months on it, I've never felt better. My bloating has stopped, my food sensitivities are non-existent, and I've found even my sugar cravings to reduce. It's been an honest game changer, especially when enjoying my favourite foods don't leave me running to a bathroom.
